A Balanced Fall Measurement Plan for Bill 208
Balanced Youth Protection lays out a simple measurement plan that can satisfy prevention, enforcement, and adult-access concerns.
Three outcomes, not one slogan
Bill 208 is a product-access bill, while Alberta’s public rules page already describes age restrictions, retailer obligations, and enforcement activity through Alberta rules and enforcement. A balanced plan has to measure both product access and enforcement results.

The Economic Future committee page shows the submission stage has closed. The fall opportunity is to turn submissions into practical measures that people can inspect later.
