Balanced Youth Protection Needs a Fall Scorecard

A balanced approach does not ask parents to ignore youth vaping. It asks Alberta to measure youth protection without pretending adult legal access and illegal supply are irrelevant.

Youth prevention is stronger when the province can show what changed. Bill 208 should be paired with public measures that separate youth access, legal adult access, and illegal supply.
